Dave is local and knows our customer base and understands their concerns. He actually worked in our Ford store. He grew up in Clarkston and currently lives in Davison with his wife and 5 girls. Two of whom graduated from Davison, where the next 3 still attend. When Dave isn’t at work he likes to relax on walks with his wife and 2 pug dogs.

He brings over 21 years of service experience to the Milnes Chevy team and we are very happy to have him on our team!

Easy Egg Roll in a Bowl

SERVES 4

INGREDIENTS

• 1 tablespoon olive or vegetable oil
• 1 pound ground pork, turkey, or chicken
• 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
• Freshly ground black pepper
• 1/3 cup mayonnaise
• 1 to 2 teaspoons Sriracha or Whole30 compliant hot sauce, such as Tabasco, Cholula, or Redhot
• 4 scallions, thinly sliced (about 1/3 cup)
• 3 cloves garlic, minced
• 14 to 16 ounces cruciferous slaw mix (such as Trader Joe’s Cruciferous Crunch)
• 2 tablespoons coconut aminos

INSTRUCTIONS

Heat the oil in a large frying pan over medium-high until shimmering. Add the ground meat and season with the salt and pepper. Cook, breaking up the meat into small pieces with a wooden spoon, until cooked through, about 6 minutes. Meanwhile, stir the mayonnaise and 1 teaspoon of the hot sauce together in a small bowl. Taste and add more hot sauce as needed; set aside.

Add the scallions and garlic to the frying pan and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds. Add the slaw mix and coconut aminos and cook, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are crisp-tender, about 3 minutes. Serve the stir-fry in bowls drizzled with the spicy mayonnaise.

RECIPE NOTES Storage: Leftovers can be refrigerated in an airtight container for up to 4 days.

2. Terminating lease must be through GM Financial.

4. Dealer must complete and submit the GM Financial End of Term
Loyalty Form within 48 hours of vehicle grounded date.

6. Customers terminating early will be allowed the full contract mileage on the
existing lease and the standard Early Termination liability will apply. Leases
terminated prior to the final billing cycle are considered Early Terminations.
7. This program does not eliminate customer liability for excess wear or mileage.
Any billable amounts that exceed $500 in excess wear or $500 in excess
mileage will be the responsibility of the customer. These amounts
cannot be applied against any other unpaid lease charges.
8. This program is available to the current lessee and can be transferred to individuals
residing in the same household. Both the transferor’s (original intended customer) and
transferee’s residence must be verified with current driver’s license or state identification.
