What to Bring to the Dealership

We are very happy that you are purchasing your new/used vehicle from us. We hope to make this experience an easy and pleasant one. When you come to pick up your new/used vehicle you will need the following:

We are very happy that you are purchasing your new/used vehicle from us. We hope to make this experience an easy and pleasant one. When you come to pick up your new/used vehicle you will need the following:
- Valid Driver’s License with current address for all buyers
- Cash on Delivery – If in check form, please make Payable to
- Current Registration to License Plate - (if you are Transferring)
- Proof of Insurance showing the VIN of the vehicle you are purchasing
- GM Employee or GM Supplier # (if you are using a GM discount)
- If you are getting a new Chevrolet and are eligible a Lease Loyalty Rebate; you will need both – a copy of the registration to the Leased Vehicle AND a copy of your Lease Contract or Lease Payment Coupon
- Title to Trade-In – if you can’t find your title, you will need to go to a local Secretary of State office and get an “Instant Title” or go online and order one.
- Information on lien payoff to trade in – if applicable
- Release of Lien if your trade has been paid off and has a First Secured Party on
